-Windows in the bedroom face south, enjoy sunshine in the morning, noon and afternoon

-Modern and clean bathroom amenities, with washing machine and dryer
-Multiple elevators
-Good isolation, does not get too hot or cold
-No loud neighbors
-No strange smells, no insects, etc - this is the cleanest apartment I have lived in during my 4 years in Shanghai (which is why I stayed here the longest)

列举几个我没眨眼就租下来的原因：
1. 我个人没法接受老房子的老旧潮湿和蚊虫，公寓里完全没必要担心
2. 干湿分离实在是太重要了，这个洗手间还有窗，非常理想了
3. 空间虽然不大但是一个人住足够了，采光也好很适合居家办公
4. 安全系数高，好几层密码锁
5. 管理公司很正规
6. Location location location! 我在附近的wework所以走路上班，简直是不敢相信能在预算内住到这样的地理位置、这样的公寓设施（房租会继续上涨）
7. 封控下我们在天平街道物资相当足，团购也特别多，而且基本五月初我们就（低调）恢复自由;)

回答几个大家问的比较多的问题：
1. 商电，没有其他费用
2. 房租目前我付5830，但是要是直接找房东续租可能会上涨，因为我接替的租客是5450，我续租的时候就是5830了，所以房租放6000是给大家一个心理准备
3. 我的租期还剩4个月左右，可以续到12月底也可以直接签一年
4. 我会收取1500块钱的一次性费用作为家具家电，因为上一任租客也收取了我2000元，我们签下的协议见图，我也会给新租客起草这样的协议

因为工作原因希望寻找有缘人接替我的lease或者短租。
